Yes, you can withdraw your applicaiton. And/OR you can also apply for leave to vary to student visa or any other visa category

If your application has not been worked on yet by UKBA it is likely that if you withdraw your application you would be safe. HOwever if your forged documents (if supplied) are already under investigation and proven false then they will also affect any future application made by you and you will be accused of deception on the basis of providing false documents to entrepreneur application (regardless of the fact if application is withdrawn).

Considering current slow processing times, If you applied after 1 Nov 2012 then I am quite sure it has not been worked on yet and you may be safe and its better to withdraw or apply for leave to vary.

I am now worried because I did not see all the documents he sent to apply for my visa, I asked him to send them to me but he didn't. He just sent me an email that he has sent the application to the home office after.
If he has used any forged or bad quality documents in the application, How can that affect me? Is it possible to withdraw my application at this stage? Also, my current Psw expired 2wks ago. I am worried about getting a 10yr ban. Please I need your thoughts. Thank you.
Hi, sorry for what you have gone through. If you wish to, you can also name and shame that person who has done this to you so that it prevents other members over here from using the firm or services related to this person.

You are also responsible this situation of your. Why was he required to submit forged documents on your behalf? What benefit will he get of this? Ofcourse you agreed to pay him handsomely for getting your job done out of the way..... Did you not ever think of this before he submitted your application?????? ? if you did not provide him the required documents then where were these documents coming from?

I asked him to show me whatever document he was presenting to the Home Office but he didn't. This was my major fear as he was to invest 50k into my business. Now I am a bit lost. I am still running my company as normal and I just want to know what my options are. I understand the deed has been done but I dont have access to the documents he could have sent to the home office.

Long story short, withdraw your application immediately and try and re apply within 28 days of your last leave granted. (which you said it expired 2 weeks ago, that gives you another 2 weeks to make a fresh application.)

Never trust on so called solicitors or consultant and I am sorry I am not writing this to offend anyone but they are not as good as they talk.

I recommend withdraw and look for other possible option.
