How soon can i apply for Citizenship after ILR

I received my ILR this week after being in the UK on an Ancestry visa. I will have been married to a uk citizen for 3 years in May. How soon can I apply for citizenship?

you can apply strightaway if you are married to British citizen if not then you will be waiting for 1year this is my limited knowledge i am not expert should you not fallow its real legal advice.
