I recieved my approval letter and BRP card within 4 weeks. Heard many people who applied in Jan/Feb have already recived their visas.

But again people who applied in Sept/Oct/Nov last year haven't yet recieved.

i think priority will be given first for PEO appointments and then Postal applications..
