Do we need employer absense confirmation letter when total days outside uk are less than 90 days in total for Tier1G->ILR?

Employer Letter - Absence confirmation

Post by arajkumar82 » Mon Mar 04, 2013 9:33 pm

Hi All,

Currently I am on Tier1 (HSMP + Tier1G + Tier1G) and going to apply for ILR in person on March 25 in Croydon PEO.

I was 76 days away in total for the last 5 years.

Do we need to provide any letter from the employer detailing these holidays to support 6.2 and 6.3 section in SET(O) form?

I have checked with my employer. they say they never gave this kind of letter to anyone. can you please let me know your thoughts on this.

Thanks
Raj

You don't need a letter from your employer
