Form set o - section 5

Hi,

I'm using Form Set O to apply for ILR for my partner who was born in the UK but whose parents status was not settled at the time of his birth.

So I will be applying under the category marked 'other' in the application form - I will explain it as 'application for long residency since birth to parents who were not settled at time of birth'.

On that basis, am I required to fill in section 5 of the form, as it says u are not required to fill in this section if u are applying for long residency.

I don't whether to fill in, because im not applying for long residency 10 years category, am applying long residency other (from birth).

please help.
