Calling fiance uk

Hi Guys,
I am on Tier 1 General visa. I want to call my fiance to uk. I am not married yet. I just want to know that, do I have to get marry first to call her to uk? Can anyone please shed some light on this what would be the procedure and what documents are required?

Actually I wanted to sort her visa first so I can go there and get marry and bring her over to UK with me. I am not sure if I have go there and get marry first inorder to sponser her.
