Does anybody know how the new policy from Home Office to affect the catalogue 1+3+1?MY HSMP visa is set to expired on Jul/2008.The catalogue type is 1+3+1

ybyuan - are you asking if the new FLR(HSMP) will apply to you on your fourth year? If so, then the answer is yes.

HO is not giving any breaks to those who should already have ILR.
