its not that strange. They may have some pending cases of 15th march , so they have to say that they are processing march 15th. Or it could be the person who e-mailed you who is still processing 15th. In general they reached 22nd.

I saw your post for the first time. What is your ref. no ? They are now taking 18 weeks to process the application. [May be it will become 20 very soon ]
