Tier1 dependant from Pakistan. Need Help!!!!!

Post by wasi36 » Thu Mar 07, 2013 8:15 pm

I got my Tier 1 general extended in UK. I am in UK FOR more than 4 years. I have to apply dependant visa of my wife and son from pakistan. I am confused about few things if some1 can help me.

1. How much maintenance funds do i need. Is it 600+600 or is it 600+600+900(for myself)

2. I have got NADRA B form but they did not mention my ID CARD number. They added up my name my wife's name with her ID CARD Number

3. How much fees I have to pay if I apply after 6 April 2013. As in new proposal of fee does not show out of country fee for tier 1 general dependant but it shows in country tier 1 general dependant increase from £750 to £1159

4. If I apply online before 6 April 2013 and submit documents afterward, do I have to pay new fees or old fees

Plz help me.....

1. It should be 600£ + 600£ for 2 dependants..
( 3 consecutive months)
2. Could you explain a lil bit more what it is?
3. It's not increasing a lot for out of country dependants, but if you have everything ready why dont you apply before april.
4.You still have to pay new fees.

Thanks,
Uday

2. Nadra B Form is for children under 18(subs of NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD)

I am trying my best to apply b4 6 April if my family will get their passport

One more thing. Do they have to travel within 90 days or any time?

NADRA Birth Certificate (with both English and Urdu written on same page) is enough as a proof (I am from Pakistan and even for my 2nd Extension I submitted this and got approval); Pakistan NIC is not of that much importance to UKBA.

And there is no time limit to travel. My dependents got first visa along-with me and they came to UK 8-months after Visa start date.

I hope this will help.

I am not sure but I am pretty confident that Gerry's needs fees in Pak rupees. You can confirm this by calling Gerry's.
