ILR Applying Date

Hi All,

Just need to ask when we are eligible to apply for ILR. our details are as follows

HSMP Visa Issued = 03-03-2010
Entered UK = 29-05-2010
Leave to remain = 29-05-2015 (2 yrs 2mths 25 days visa issued)

We were 87 days late after the Intitial visa issuance.

Can someone please tell me whats the earliest we can apply for ILR?

I am doing this calculation right

03-03-2010 + 5 years = 03-03-2015 - 28 days = 03-02-2015

Guidance/ Help will be appreciated.
