Self employment
Husband and Wife
All the money needed in one account
Nothing produced by the dependant
Got there for a 10 am appointment.
Got in right away with security checks.
Called by an officer to confirm we have all the relevant docs
shortly after, went to make payments.
shortly after, we were called in for biometrics.
shortly after, we were in front of the case worker who looked through all the documents.
we were requested to go back to our seats.
30 mins later, the case worker called us and said all the documents we presented were valid but he had one more check to make. Nothing was disclosed further.
We were told it would take between 24 - 48 hours.
Clearly we were disappointed because we expected a decision the same day.
We were out of the office by just after 12.

We expected the call which never came until 2 weeks later. The case worker simply said it had been approved and said we will receive the letter of confirmation shortly and the brps will be with us 10 working days after we receive the letter of approval.

We have since received the cards after a bit of mix up with the mail delivery company.
