pls help. urgent pls

hi.. i am on psw visa and my visa expires in august 2013. my employer got sponsor license and waiting for COS to be assigned. I havent book a slot till now as i thought there is still time for my visa. I am a junior programmer and am getting 20k at the moment. My employer agreed to pay 26k as per COS.Now the problem is after april 2013, the COS salary have been changing and the new COS slary is 29k. What I have to do ? My employer wont pay me more than 26k. so, i have to apply for visa before april 6th. But i cant get an appointment before 6th april. i tried a lot but am unable to find a slot. what i have to do. shall i post the visa ? if i posted the visa, the visa processing takes 2 months. and will they take into consideration my old COS salaries or new COS salaries. please help me..

Hi there

i have been through this stressful time myself, if you get cos apply by post it will be six weeks if your documents are fine. as you are switching from psw you wont have problems.
you dont have to wait for your visa to expire, you can apply as soon as you recieve cos.
send by post it will be alright.
