Tier-2 (highly confused)

Post by supriya365 » Sat Mar 09, 2013 5:09 pm

At present I'm an IT professional on a Tier-2 visa (not ICT).

My employment terminates on 31st March.

01. Can I stay a bit longer in the UK and look for a new job?

02. After my certificate of sponsorship is revoked do the employers need a resident labour market test to apply for my sponsorship?

03. Is there a special procedure applicable to Umbrella companies should they intend to sponsor me?

Please help!

Thanks for your time.

1. You need to find a new sponsor before your visa expires and apply for an extension.

2. Not entirely sure, I believe it depends but think you would need RMLT

3. Won't trust umbrella companies personally
