i m applying for dependent visa for my wife from pakistan, at the moment i am on tier 1 general visa. i have few questions

1. can i submit form online ???

2. for how many months i need payslips and bank statement ?

3. Do i need tenancy agreement ?

4. Do i need Survey Report ???

What else documents i need to support the application.

please experienced peoples do respond

1.Yes you can
2. 3 consecutive months pay slips and bank statements.
3. Yes you need tenancy agreement to prove you can accommodate your dependant.
4. What survey report??????

IS it need to be original Tenancy agreement or copy of Tenancy agreement
and the Visa copies need to be attested or just copies are fine
please advise
