Child Born in UK - Form Help Section D

I am filling out the Dependant Form for my child born in the UK.

Section D
Representative Details :
D1; Do you have a representative acting on your behalf on this application?

Am i the Representative for my child ?

Should i be filling this section D or just answer NO?

Just answer No. This is more for legal representatives. The dependent form goes from your child and you only have to sign on his behalf.
