My passport was not included in my refusal letter mail

Post by ataman » Tue Mar 12, 2013 8:59 pm

Hello,

i got refusal today, I have right to appeal but instead of appealing, as my visa expired I will re apply from my own country.

I recieved my refusal letter today but they didnt include my passport or any other documents that I applied with.

Will they come in a separate mail?
Or should I do something to request them.

Thanks!

Hi,

I dnt think we get the passport....I too had a refusal and my passport is retained by them.

If u wish return then you should call them and ask for ur passport else it will be retained till u get the appeal done.
Cheers!!

I dont want to appeal because it was a mistake on my side (writing the working hours 40 hour per week which changed my salary from 27000 to 25330 when considered as working 37.5 hour per week.)

And my visa is expired so they are retained by them.
I will make a fresh application from my own country.

I think I will call them and collect it at the airport..

Dear ATAMAN

Can you get your employer to get you another CAS with Appropriate hours ie 37.5?

IF you can then you dont have to leave . Just get a new COS And apply again. Get a Solicitor to get your documents back from UKBA.

I hope that helps

Hi,

Im gonna apply soon. My company has agreed to pay me 28,500 per annum based on 42.5 hrs per week. is it gonna be a problem?

Do I need to mention that in my application? or the company should mention that in CoS?

Kindly help.

Thank you

Thank you for your answer.

I was switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2. So as I read I dont have a choice to re apply from UK as my visa expired.

2 of the solicitors said I can re apply but one of them said I cant.

So i am confused about re applying:(
