Urgent Help - My case is on held In Due 2 Degree verifaction

i am very worried about my T1 Extension, as i have to travel before end of March. due to Mother Kidney Surgery.

I applied for the extension on 22nd July 2012 and given my bio metric on 2nd August .

it almost more then 7 month, last week i went PEO to find out my application progress.

i been told that they verifying my MBA Degree ( University of Del Golfo, Mexico) which i equivalent to Master Degree in UK according to UKNARIC.

i been advise that vitrifaction has been send already two times they send one in Dec 2012 and second one in Feb 2013. to UK embassy in Mexico to confirm from University. i check with university and they confirm me that they haven't receive any verification from UK BA or Embassy.

i do not understand how should i slove this problem .

i submitted my Degree, transcript, result card, and even my Name showing on university Website as Graduate.

i check with British high commission they advise me that they haven't receive any request from UKBA... regarding my Degree Verification.

Where do I standing ?

Can I advise my University to issue a letter to the UKBA?
or Is there anyway

It would be very helpful if someone could help me finding the answers for the above questions.

I did not at my first application.
That time I had BEng (Hons). Which I been given visa on it

hi irfan u will be fine i applied last 2011 tier 1 general and i got visa and i have done my m.b.a from universidad del golfo from a college in london.universidad del golfo one of the best uni. in mexico sowhat i m saying you should get a letter from uni. that u have passed ur m.b.a to keep u in a safe side .i think uk embassy in mexico they didnot check ur qualification till now .by the way how do u check ur name on the website that u r graduate? goodluck mate ..and pls let me know whats the outcome..

Only problem is I need to travel. Coz of my mother sickness

It's been remove from Dec 2012

But still on. Uk naric. I just resive confirmation from. 1march. 2013

It's just matter of. UkBa confirming from. University. Via. British High commion in Mexico. Which cozing all problems

it is not removed i just checked in ukba point base calculater .

when u put all ur details and when u reach in qualification section
select = mexico
state (where University of Del Golfo is )select = Tamaulipas
then select first option after clicking next = Grado academico de maesteria
mean master degree and then click next
and u see list of all universities in that state and u also see

University of Del Golfo
and they give u 35 points for that .

irfan universidad del golfo is never been removed from the ukba website it was there u just didnot find it that time ...i can remember they just made a easier to find the uni and for the pints...

Was your degree taught in English and did you use it to claim points for English language?

Also, what did you select in the option about claiming points for your degree (which option)?

Yes it is in English. i Study in London Academy of Management
I completed my reach project from Universidad Del Golfo.

And secondly I got BEng (Hons) from University of East London.

i been advise that It's only matter of degree (Universidad Del Golfo) verification

previously satisfied the English Language requirement ( send my BEng (hons) degree with the application)

i had click on wrong marking on

H2. Please indicate your method of verifying your qualification:

Qualification not on the points based calculator, but a UK NARIC letter and/or certificate
was provided with the applicant’s initial Tier 1 (General) application.

irfan u r telling same thing again and again, universidad del golfo is on the ukba points calculator website. all u need to do just follow what romy 4u said u then u will find that qualificatio on the calculator and it gives 35 points for m.b.a. anyway mate goodluck....

He has already submitted his application, so no matter what he selects on the points based calculator, it's not going to solve his problem.

To the OP, I think you will just have to wait it out. If you have the contact details of the caseworker, you should maybe contact them and tell them that you realised you made a mistake and actually the degree is listed on the calculator. It might speed things up a little.

i been Sheffield PEO is great... i been there last week

i took following documents.

1) latter from university state that they are happy to verified if been request included registry department contact details

2) Latter from the Doctor
3) Latter from the collage i studies
4) Latter from My Local MP to UK BA
5) Personal statement
6) university website. showing name as Graduate, print out
7) latter from solicitar state all information been verified by him.

i arrived UKBa office at 8:15 thursday, wait for my time,

and hand over the documents and also explain the condition.

i been advise that they normally don't accept any further documents but this time they will happy to take document and pass to the case worker.

yesterday after one week my solicitar receive call from my case worker. and confirm every thing from him and been advise they approved my application and will receive documents on Tuesday and Bio metric card as fallow.

very happy now, even it bit late but i will be able to travel next week.
