I need to know a few things with regards to the EEA family permit. I am planning to marry my fiancée in May 2013. I have a Dutch passport and live in the UK. My fiancée is in India and has an Indian passport. I require two answers from you for the following questions. It would be great if someone could answer them please:
1) Once my husband has been granted the EEA family permit which allows him 6 months stay in the UK - will he still be able to travel to India within these 6 months to visit his family? YES
2) I am on a contract - my work is to end in October 2013, will this affect my case? NO, as long as you continue to exercise treaty rights.
It would be great if anyone could answer my questions.
Thank you.
As long as your work is genuine and effective, it will count.jasmit2303 wrote:Hello,
I have a question again. I hope someone can answer it for me please.
I wanted to know that if I have a part time job after my contract ends (Oct 2013), will I still be able to get my fiancee here to the UK?
Do I have to pay NI/Income tax to get my fiancee here? Say if I end up with working less then 16hrs and do not have to pay tax, will I still be able to submit the EEA application and get mt fiancee to the UK? Wil it be an issue?
Thank you :)
