Fees to be paid for MN1

Dear forum users,

Can you please advise me on how to fill in the application fee form you are applying for two uk born children.

The form leaves space to insert for one name for one child but what if you are making a join application.

There isn't a joint application for registration.

2 application = 2 forms.

There is a joint application fee if submitted together.
