ITR / FORM 16 ???

please help with this ...

Joined my new employer in jan 2006 till date.
will be providing my wage slips from jan 06 - dec 06
now here in india financial yr starts form april - march , and i'm covering only three months jan 06 -march 06 for the claimed period.
my form 16 should contain what ??? 3 month period ??
help..

can your employer give form 16 for the whole year from jan 2006-dec 2006.then provide the form 16 along with your ITR (3 months paid).send ur exceptional evidence ie..bankstatement ,bz ur wont fulfil the income criteria as itz not covered...

hi praveen..

is it possible to get form16 for jan06-dec06 from the employer ??
ill get itr but again this will be of complete financial year april05 - march06.now this will have only 3 months of the claim period.or i could get itr of only 3 months claimed.confused...help

yaa wat u said was right but cant help,u can send 3 months ITR, without ITR there r chances of rejection as u can see in this form,many have got rejected for not providing ITR(SARAL) ,but confirm with ur employer whether he can give form-16 for the full year..
my doubt is without form 16 ,how u got ITR done for 3 months???is ur ITR done by self or through company???

hi praveen..

i have the 3 month form 16 .. but how about the rest 9 months claim period. Asking employer for the 9 month form 16 might be a issue...in the company...should i go with itr & form 16 ... 3 months claimed. with the 12 months wage slips and 12 months bank statement...from jan06-dec06

enclose the Saral form and form 16, letter from employer ,wage slips for 12 months ,bankstatement reflecting ur salary from jan06-dec06 .If possible letter from CA ,,,,this shd be enough...

If ur ITR is by self then ,u have to take a letter from CA (it shd be in the letter head ) ho filed ur ITR.
which shd mention ur salary for the year. should explain in detail abt the ITR filed by you.
and the total aggregate of ur income for the year,and calculate for the month salary" how much u draw"every month.
And convert that total income to GBP.

In my case our company CA helped me giving the same,explaining in detail..

this shd be enough..
