Visa start: 12th June 2008
Entered: 29th June 2008

What date can i apply?

28 days before 12th June 2008.

From upto 28 days before the 5th anniversary from 12th June 2008 (EC), as you first entered the UK within 3 months of EC.

What he meant was 28 days before 12th June 2013 NOT 12th Jan 2013.

I have extended Tier 1 2 times .... so now visa is till 2014 ... does that change the date discussed above? .....
