What are the new rules effecting from April 2013 entrepvisor

Hi good morning

I visa is going to expire on may 30 and I want to know what are new rules effecting from April 6 2013 ,what the best way to apply before or after April 6

They have been already changed on jan 31 2012
Nothing new for entry clearance for this visa

SOC list is changed and updated and available on UKBA website. No other new rules afecting you for applying after 6 april
