hi good morning

I want to apply for enterpreiner visa. i am in plan to go for IT CONSULTANCY AND NET WORKING
1. right now I am having 50 k in bank account
2. created web site
3.registered with companies house for a new company
4.prepared for marketing like visting cards, flyer , letter head
4.any one can help me for bussiness plan
5. and I also need help regarding contract
6. should I need to open bussiness acc

any thing more I need to file up as my visa expires may 30
help need asap

Hi Santosh,

Make sure that whatever business you plan to do, you have good knowledge about the business.

For example if UKBA calls you for an interview you should be able to answer all their questions about your business.

Business account is not a requirement with the initial application. However if you have been paid by your client that it should come into your business account.

With regards to a business plan and contracts, you can take help from an accountant or a professional. However if you could make it yourself then should not be a problem.

Don't get me wrong. Evidences matter in this case not the actions.
My suggestion would be to fill an application form to get an idea of the documents required.

As far as am aware, few key requirements are missing from your list:
1. Company's appointment report
2. Maintenance of £900
3. Role must be at the required level (take a screen shot of role in codes of practise)
4. Letter from the bank to show you have 50 K in your account. I presume you are from India. If funds are maintained overseas, then its a big burden to get a letter covering
i. money can be disposed to uk
ii. Regulated status
iii. exclusive access
5. English Language Requirement
