Filling AN & MN Forms

Post by drzeevoh73 » Wed Mar 20, 2013 12:01 am

Does the AN & MN forms need to be filled in Black Ink.
I have filled them in Blue ink but my refree says it needs to be filled in black. AN form does say it can be filled in Blue but MN forms says Black or Blue Black Ink. Secondly if my son's teacher refuses to sign as referee , can i use same two refrees as mine and my wife's application? My kids are born abroad so no Health Visitor involved. Don`t know any religious Minister as well.

Thanks
