Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer)-Established Staff Extension

Hi,

can anybody help me knowing:

I have come to UK on June 2010 under Tier 2 ICT Established Staff.
Extended my visa on April 2011 till April 2013 as "Tier 2 ICT Leave To Remain".
Again extending for two more years now.

How long can I extend my visa ? The rule for Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff that MAX 5 years they can stay in UK, is it applicable to me as well..

is there any route to settlement for us In Changes from 6 April, 2013?
