OCI help, might have left it too late

Mum and Dad are both british passport holders, want to get oci for them. I am a british passport holder, born here. Can I get OCI ie not have to pay for visa's etc with them.

1. On the same application, obvioulsy I am not a minor
2. fees, 175 per person.
3. I have 2 kids can they get it also on the same application of have to be done at a later date/

Will be driving down to Hayes to surrender there passports and then assume have to wait for the certificate.

High Commision asked me to fill the online OCI form and print out and bring it in person.
