Hi guys. Just thought I should start this thread for people who have successfully applied outside uk for children born outside uk to learn and see how they went about it. Including documentation and age of child and time taken. Thanks as this will be helpful for others.

Me and my wife both have ILR. As the kid was born in India Jan 2013, we applied under category Child of Settled parent(s) on 12th March 2013 from Kolkata, India. I am still waiting for it to come through.
Does anyone have any updates along similar timelines.

Both Parents have ILR

Baby born in INDIA in Jan 2013

Visa applied under category of child of settled person(s)

Date applied : April 19th 2013

Application submitted @ VFS Hyderabad , India

Current Application status : Application under process at BHC

Went through the thread as suggested but not read bout many success stories. So let's make this thread for successful outcomes and what was sent to BHC from anywhere outside UK. I applied for my son a fe days back too.
