COS urgent help needed from experts

Hello all
My company ready to sponsor me I am working with it last 6 months. My company will apply for COS soon. I have few questions from experts.
1 how long it gona take to get COS. As my visa will expire in 09/2013.
2 company can provide all 4 documents from APPENDIX C. I spoke to my boss and he said the documents in appendix a and b are not applicable for this business.
Plz plz guys need urgent reply.

At first, apply for sponsor license, it takes around 3 months to get the license. After you get the license, it takes around 3 weeks to get the COS.
