Dependants' Applications

I have PEO appointment on 5th April morning for myself only. I will post three dependant applications on the same day in the afternoon by post to avoid higher fee from 6th April.

Questions in the dependant forms:

M1: Are you applying for the leave at the same time as the PBS main applicant?
Answer: No

M4: Has the main applicant received notification that their application has been successful?
Answer: No

Then not sure but I think somewhere in the form they ask for reference number of main applicants' last application.
Answer: Reference Number of either Approval letter or from the letter that they give to provide further documents

Am I doing it correctly? If I post their applications on 6th, I will have to pay £1545 instead of current £561 for each dependant.
