HI Any one know why Immigration Rejecting for reasons which not even mentioned in Policy Gudie lines ?? i ve been told by my lawyer saying that they refusing for reasons like u dont have name in u r website kind of stuff...

Why should they make it as a problem if you submit your company registration which has both your company name and your name as a director/Self Employed?

As a professional web developer, I know it is not a must to mention a contact person's name in a website, however it is a practice to mention an email address/ contact number in the Contact us page.

after i heard few things from lawyer i added email adress and names as well in contact list, hope fully every thing will be ok ..

You are right but UKBA has demand for marketing material which should fullfil the required criteria.

There is no poit to criticize the UKBA as it will make no difference to them.
