Investment in a Trading company without a business premises

1. I want to start export business and the investment of 200k is to be spent on purchasing export goods, now at that time of my visa extension application, my investment of 200k mainly comprises of purchases of export merchandise, advance to suppliers and account receivables, would that count as investment?

2. Should the capital investment of 200k necessarily include business premises?
