Does Dividend voucher need to be on company letter head

I have a important question if you guys can answers


1) Does Dividend voucher need to be on company letter head or simple paper is fine as long as it has a signature of company director?

2) does it need to be singed by company director/sectary or Accountant signed/stamped ?

Does it need to be singed by both accountant and company director (If you company account is managed by your accountants) ?

No need to be on company letter head And it just need to be signed by the director...that's enough...I got my visa on the same
