Hiya just a quick question, Ive got a friend who was granted 3 year discretionary leave to remain back in 2009 she extended recently but was granted 2.5 years without no recourse to public funds,my question is aint she meant to be granted in the old rules where she gets another 3 year then she can apply for ILR? Thanks for your time
