UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas from outside UK with50,000GBP

UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas from outside UK with50,000GBP

Not in UK after getting my PSW visa,
can I apply for Tear1 (Entrepreneur) visa by investing amount equal to 50,000GBP from outside UK?
I did my Masters from UK in 2010 & got my PSW visa in June 2011.

Need help & comment on this issue.

Probably not, as you should already be involved in running of a buisness at NQV level 4 or above... and you can not do this if you are abroad..so answer is no.

If you can come back, set up a company and then have access to 50k funds, you can apply for the visa.

The answer to your question is NO. if you are stuck to invest equal amount of 50KGBP from abroad.This concession is for those PSW holders who are present in the UK.So you have two option:

1.You can apply for Entr T1 cat under 200k from outside the UK or
2.if you have sufficient time in your PSW visa expiry,mean at least 4months to re-entre the UK,establish your business,engage in your business activiity,and to hold the required maintenance amount for 90 consecutive days (For you maintenance may be higher than the usual 900),then

YOU can apply for Entr T1 cat under 50k even if you rely on third party funders from inside or abroad.

This is my own opinion and thinking to be helpful to your question,however,you can wait for other memebrs to suggest to you.
