anyone has got emailor fax number.?I need to send some docs urgently to reach them same day for my tier 1 extension.

Unless asked for, UKBA does not accept copies of documents (and that's exactly what an email or fax would be). If the documents were asked for, then you would have been provided with details on getting the documents to them.
Do not send me PM's with specific questions - post question in the open forum so others can also benefit from the answers.

UKBA has asked me to send doc..but the problem is I got the letter only 5 days after and since I need to get the original doc (the one I got is older than 31 days) I need more time .so in the mean time,I thought of faxing the doc so that they dnt refuse my application - as they know I hv the evidence and just need more time.

as to why I got themail late - i dnt knw.it iwas a recorded -signed for .and no one signed for it.and when I track online it says "item not delivered" !

Send them a letter stating that the requested document will be sourced from external entity and this may take 2 weeks to reach UKBA.

tha bubbin, but will they wait till that long ? has ti happened to you or anyone you know. the letter says no extension will be given

i am worried..asked the royal mail delivery office abt this delay - who say it may be due to bad weather + incompetent delivery guys

15 days is reasonable window... there may be compelling reason for not arranging the required document in time... like bank statement usually takes 7-10 days to reach...
