HELP!!! Online Application Tier2 Extention BRP error message

Hi , I'm applying online for an extension to my tier 2 general but while I check the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) number section it throws error saying my BRP number is not in correct format. I checked so many time whatever number appears on the card the same thing i'm typing there . It has accepted my kids BRP numbers but my number is not accepted while checking the online form.

The difference what i see for my kids BRP numbers is that mine has third letter as X but theirs third letter is numeric .

Please advise , if I see errors in online form while checking that section what I should do . Please help me

You can check it on Paper it came with. it should start with 2 letters
