Application filled in black gel point pen

Hi, Does anyone know if gel point pen is ok. Its a ball point but gel based. I already have a countersignature. Dont want to repeat the process again.

Providing the ink doesn't leak all over the pages and smear i.e. the writing is legible then yes.
