Query about ILR through Tier 1 (General) route

Query about ILR through Tier 1 (General) route

Hi,

I came to the UK under Tier 1 (General) in 2010 and did not work for the first year. I have been working since 2011. Would I be eligible for ILR in 2015 or 2016?

The guidance doesn't say anything about economic activity for Tier 1 (General) requirements. ie you have to produce P60s or similar documents showing our economic activity for the past 5 years. Please correct me if I am wrong.

U will be fine as they only look at the earnings etc for the last 12 out of 15 months.
