Urgent Help !!!! ILR for my wife

Post by CD_April2013ILR » Wed Apr 03, 2013 10:38 am

Hi,

I have booked two appointments, one for myself and one for my wife on 5th April, 2013 at same time as we are not getting appointments with one dependant. I am on Tier1 General and she is Tier1 Dependant

My wife is pregnant and due for delivery on 2nd April and she is now overdue. The reason for me to book two appointments is one of this as well.

I called sheffield PEO office and explained my situation but they say that we cant consider you both with the same caseworker and you need to see by two different caseworkers.

I am only working and she is a housewife. Do I need to submit my payslips, dividend vouchers, accountant letter, bank statements along with her application as well. Or do they consider after checking my docs they will be passed over to her caseworker. Anybody came across this kind of situation.

Please advice me whether I am filling the Set(0) form correctly for her:
1. Applicant name is : My wife name
2. Category : what should I write here as we both are applying at the same time. Do I need to submit a letter
3. Immigration history : My wife's details including her absences
4. No Tier 1 assessments need to be filled in.
5. and In Home and Finance I will pay the rent and I get salary and my wife is not employed. What should I mentioned for question 5.4? As I don't give her any money but look after her all needs.
6. She entered UK on 04th Jan, 2009. What should I enter for question 6.1
.As she will not complete 5 years by April 5th is this going to be an issue.
7) How long have you lived in UK? Is this going to be 4 years and 3 months.
8) Should I mention anything for 7.12?

Please help at the earliest as I need to fill in two applications again. :(

Regards

the best you can do is Keep trying for another appointment,

people cancel appointments throughout the day, and I have seen appointments becoming available randomly, so keep trying

when is your visa expiring ?

@CD April, I think you no need to worry about your appointment. As long as you are allowed inside the PEO office, and at the time of your case being processed you can directly talk to the cw and explai your situation. They might surely consider you since you have got 2 appointments.

also keep keep two forms : 1 - Your application along with your wife details filled.
2- @ seperate forms each of you. You can place the forms according to the situation.

All the best.
