tier 2 general rental income

having a property and rent it out is not count as secondary job etc thus should be allowed on tier 2 general , is this correct ?

Yes, it's fine. It's called non-employment income but you have to pay tax on this revenue.

Don't confuse garnering revenue with employment; they are not one and the same. The UKBA site refers to the limits of secondary employment and leaves it at that. The guidance does not refer to everything else in the universe that is permitted as that list would be of infinite length. Under your type of leave, it's okay to ride a bicycle or read crime novels, but it does not say that it's okay to do these activities in Tier 2 guidance. The guidance tends to say what you can't do rather than what you can.
