Tier 1 General PBS Child Dependant Application

Post by SriGan » Fri Apr 05, 2013 6:57 am

Background:

Applied under Tier 1 General PBS Dependent Application for my child on 2nd April 2013 in Chennai, India.
I am living in UK for more than 3 years and my wife came to UK in 2012. Baby born in India.

Also in the covering letter, i have specified as bank balance, of not less than GBP 533 has been maintained in the three month period
In the application it is as follows,
2 Dependants and amount maintained not less than GBP 1066 in the UK SBI Account from 1st Dec 2012 to 1st March 2013. Father residing in UK since June 2009.Mother successfully obtained UK VISA in Feb 2012. This application is for daughter only.

My question is:
I have maintained balance not less than GBP 1700 between 1Dec 2012 to 1Mar 2013. Provided the original bank statement for the same dated 1st March 2013.

Do they reject the application based on the covering letter or saying not less than GBP 1066?
Since this is more than a month by one day to the date of application - will they refuse the application?

Need your valuable inputs.
