sponsoring parents with my visa less than 6 month

My wife is expecting in august. and i want to sponsor my parents to take care of her.
But my tier 1 visa expires in october 2013.
Is there any rule like i should have at least 6 months valid visa to sponsor them?

not sure, but in my case, i had just few days left while sponsoring my parents and they got the visa.

so you will be OK.
