new born query

Post by params0073 » Mon Apr 15, 2013 12:52 pm

Hi,
I have to apply for my extension in nov 2013 with one dependent (my wife). My wife is pregnant and my baby will be born next month (may).I would be eligible for ILR around Jan 2015 but I have no plans for travel till then. So my question is -should I apply for my baby visa with us or my baby would be eligible for BC at the time of my ILR (jan 2015)or I have to apply for my baby's ILR (Jan 2015 )then BC (Jan 2016)?

Thanks

Param

if you are not travelling then, no need to apply for visa. go for BC after your ILR (Jan 2015)

Thanks Vinny for you reply.
I have already seen the post. The only thing I am confused about it when we(me and my wife) apply for ILR would my child be able to apply for BC ?

Hi,
One more query. I did search the forum but was unable to get the answer.

I am not going to apply my baby visa as we don’t intend to travel but at the time of extension (PEO) are we allowed to take baby inside the building as nobody would be their to look after the baby?
