Can I apply for Tier 2 Visa Before 3 months leave to remain

Hi All Experts,

I am on PSW visa and my company is going to assign COS to me. I am working for my company from more than 1 year. My visa expires on August 10th 2013. I booked my PEO appointment on May 1st. If they assign me the COS today, what the Start Dates and End Dates in the COS must be. pls help

Hi. read the guideline for using SMS (sponsorship management system). This is what it says about start and end dates ..

If the migrant is already working for you and you are assigning the CoS so that they can apply to extend their leave, you must enter the start date as the day after the last day of leave given on their current visa.
