Urgent: tier-1 (Gen) extension- Business Bank stat (Y/N)?

Hi,

I'm applying for Tier-1(General) extension. I've PEO appointment this Friday. I've a main questions-

In last 12 months I worked as a contractor for 4 months. I worked as a director out of my Ltd. company. I paid salary to myself and took dividend at the end of March. I've accountant's letter showing monthly salary break-up and dividend. This is supported by my personal bank statement.

I think I'm not self employed so do I need to submit Business Bank accounts and Invoice copies too?

Any help is much appreciated.

Not a mandatory requirment but I suggest you go with it and submit when they ask for it. Some people have claimed they have been asking them to provide it. Good luck and let us know the outcome. THanks.
