Which application form after April-5-2013

Dear All,

I'm on a tier1 general visa here in uk. I need to apply tier1-general-dependent visa for my wife from India next week i.e. April 22 2013. UKBA portal says the application form has been changed for the applicants who apply after April 05 2013. I'm confused on what application should we fill !!

I got this following application from selecting appropriate links in UKBA. [http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ation1.pdf].

Please help me on this. Thank you so much.

That form is for the dependant!
For main applicant the form is on http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... l-form.pdf

Sorry. Yes yours is right form as you have mentioned that you r as dependant.

Sorry if my message was confusing. I will detail it again

I'm [Husband] on a tier1 general visa living in UK for the past 4yrs. I have valid visa and it expires on 2014. I got married on March 2013 and my wife is applying for Tier1-Dependent visa from INDIA via http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk. She got an appointment on 22-Apr-2013.

While booking appointment online she had filled in all the details and got this final EC form "APPLICATION FOR UNITED KINGDOM ENTRY CLEARANCE"

My question is this

Do we need to fill any other application form other than this "APPLICATION FOR UNITED KINGDOM ENTRY CLEARANCE" ? Previously it was VAF10 not sure what it is now.
