Dutch MVV while on Tier 1

Dutch MVV while on Tier 1

Hello Experts

I have Tier 1 extended residence permit; not the ILR. My company applied for Dutch Provisional work permit (MVV) for some assignments in Netherlands on my Behalf. My question is, if I take that work permit and work in Netherlands and still be on UK job and pay the taxes to HMRC, would that have an impact on my ILR later?
I am not getting a clear answer from my HR, so I am confused what to do?

Any pointers would be great.
