Tier 1 ILR query for Dependent and Main.

Dear Seniors/Members,

I am on Tier 1 extension with my two dependants here in UK. My dependants came along with me when I first came and since then they are with me. My Visa details are as below:

A)

Tier 1 General Visa Main- 12th Mar 2010
Tier 1 General Visa Dependant – 19th April 2010
Arriving Date in UK: 27th May 2010

B)

Tier 1 General Main and dependant extension visa- 25th April 2013
Tier 1 General Main and dependant extension expiry date- 25th April 2015.

C)

Paid Holidays with family went to India: 13th Dec 2012 to 4th Jan 2013


Now please update me will I have to go for second extension or I am safe?
Secondly if my both dependants go to India and spend 6 months in one stretch or 2 months every year, do they have to apply for second extension?

Please don’t refer me to the guidelines to check. If someone could do the calculation I will really appreciate.
