Two Months after ILR

Post by Itiswell » Fri Apr 26, 2013 11:54 am

Dear Helpers,

This is about my close family friend.

They had their ILR premium services attended going to 2 months now but have not heard anything from UKBA. They where asked to provide additional documents which they submitted after 4 days but no news from them yet.

Any idea why they have not heard from UKBA?

Thought premium services should not take more than a month as a worst case scenario but this is going to two months now.

They are really troubled and worried.

I know a Premium application for Tier 4 which the student got the decision after three months. His bank statements were from abroad.

As you know, each and every case is different.

There are examples of such delay. I know cases related to cohabitation documents processed quickly.
Let me know your friends case in detail and what are the additional documents asked for ?

Thanks Chary,

The documents where:
- Contract agreement
- Write up on nature of services provided to your client
- Prove of qualification which enables you to provide services to your clients
- Letter from client to suggest he did that particular Job
