I used council to do the inspection though it cost me lot of money but I do not want to take risk!!!

Other option is to use some estate agents.

There are number of ways you can get a report, but non are officially "UKBA approved" from what I know, but for preference.

1. Councils
2. Estate Agents
3. Do it your self.

All are accepted by UKBA, I personally done option 3 and had no questions.
